East Grinstead is a quiet, picturesque town around one hour from London. It has a local town with shops and amenities and had a population of just 26,372 in 2021.

There is plenty to do in the area, including the historical site Standen where visitors can take in history or enjoy a nice stroll around the gardens.

After spending much time in the area, Tom sold the home in 2016. However, the Top Gun star has not veered too far from the UK.
