Harrison Ford isn’t just an award-winning actor but a five-time father.
The “Indiana Jones” star welcomed two children each with Mary Marquardt and Melissa Mathison between 1966 and 1990.
After marrying Calista Flockhart in 2010, Ford adopted her son, Liam.
In May 2023, the Oscar nominee admitted that he has not been the best parent to his brood as he has been “out of town” and “up [his] own ass” during his career.
“If I’d been less successful, I’d probably be a better parent,” he told Esquire at the time. “Certainly the more constant gardener is the better parent.”

Ford met Marquardt while both of them were attending Ripon College in Wisconsin.
Four years after Ford’s 1960 graduation, he and the chef got married. They welcomed sons Benjamin and Willard in 1966 and 1969, respectively.
Ford’s career took off during their marriage, with Carrie Fisher alleging in her “Princess Diarist” memoir in 2016 that she had an affair with him while co-starring in “Star Wars Episode IV A New Hope” in 1977.
By 1979, Marquardt and Ford were divorced.

Ford noted that he had been “warned … to a degree” that the late actress, who died the previous year, was writing about him.
Like his mother, Marquardt and Harrison’s eldest son, Benjamin, is a chef who owns the Ford’s Filling Station restaurant andwrote a “Taming the Feast” cookbook.
“There was freedom to explore in my family, and my parents had amazing friends: writers, musicians, all great conversationalists,” Benjamin told the Daily Mail in 2014. “To this day, I still try to surround myself with artists rather than just chefs.”
As for his personal life, the cook shares two sons, Ethan and Waylon, with wife Emily Ford.
Willard is also a father of two, welcoming Eliel and Guiliana with his wife, whose name has not been made public.
He earned a degree in American Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Willard is an entrepreneur who has owned Ludwig Clothing Company, Strong Sports Gym and the Kim Sing Theater, all located in Los Angeles.
Mathison was working as a production assistant on the “Apocalypse Now” set when she met Harrison in 1976.
The duo did not start dating until 1982, tying the knot the following year. They went on to welcome son Malcolm in 1987 and daughter Georgia in 1990 before separating in 2000.
Mathison, who finalized her divorce from Harrison in 2004,passed away in 2015 at age 65. She died from complications of neuroendocrine cancer.
Although Malcolm “didn’t grow up with music in the house,” he is now a professional musician.
“My mom would have Wagner on sometimes, but I got into punk music first,” Malcolm recalled while speaking to Interview magazine in 2013. “My first cassette was Green Jellÿ. That was the band I was really into.”
