While some major Hollywood figures are at the heart of a scandal on a scale never before known, others find themselves in the headlines for much better reasons.

We will therefore be delighted to know that the great Harrison Ford was the subject of an article on the TMZ site not for some sordid affair along the lines of that of Harvey Weinstein,

  but because he performed a heroic action.

The 75-year-old actor came to the aid of a woman who had just left the road by car.

According to TMZ which reveals some photos of the incident,

Harrison Ford was driving late Sunday morning, November 19, near Santa Paula, California,

when he saw a woman on Route 126 lose control of her car and end up on the road embankment. According to witnesses, the actor was driving just behind this lady when the accident occurred. He immediately parked on the shoulder and ran towards the victim, like other drivers. Together, they managed to extract her from her vehicle while waiting for paramedics to arrive, who said she had only minor injuries.

The one we recently saw in Blade Runner 2049 has signed on to play in a fifth episode of Indiana Jones, under the direction of his friend Steven Spielberg and without Shia LaBeouf – screenwriter David Koepp has affirmed that the actor’s character which appears in opus no. 4 was completely absent from the script.
