Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
2 tbs SPC plum sauce spicy
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs tomato sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 tbs brown sugar
1 garlic clove
1 tsp ginger
Steps to Make It:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2: Cut chicken wings into pieces at each segment. Discard the wing tips.
Step 3: Spray a baking dish with oil.
Step 4: Place chicken wings in a single layer in the baking dish, and bake for around 20 minutes, until slightly browned.
Step 5: Combine the remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe dish. Mix well.
Step 6: Heat the sauce in microwave for 1 minute.
Step 7: Stir and pour over chicken. Toss to coat chicken wings.
Step 8: Cook for a further 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Toss chicken in marinade every so often.
