Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
1 cup corn meal
1/4 cup caster sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs large
1/4 cup butter melted
Steps to Make It:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add all of the dry ingredients.
Step 2: Add the remaining wet ingredients.
Step 3: Beat for one minute, using an electric beater.
Step 4: Pour into a 22 cm square greased baking pan.
Step 5: Bake at 220C for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6: Allow to cool on a wire rack.
