The couple, who were first spotted together in January, were also seen dining out on the north shore of Kauai on Saturday.
The Lord of the Rings actor, 39, had joined Katy, 31, who was in town to play a private show at the Grand Wailea Resort in Maui on February 24.
One onlooker said: “They looked really loved up and into each other.”
