Prince Charles is currently undertaking a two-day visit in New Delhi to strengthen the ties between India and the UK.
And on Thursday, the 71-year-old royal met with representatives from the British Asian Trust, alongside American pop singer Katy Perry.
The organisation aims to deliver programs in South Asia that champion the use of social finance products to drive positive change, and Katy apparently wanted to help out.
According to a statement, which was shared to the Clarence House Instagram account, the pop star heard about the good work the organisation was doing wanted to learn more.
“Musician @katyperry had heard about the work of the Trust and joined other supporters to learn more about the charity,” the message stated.
“The Trust, which HRH set up in 2007, aims to tackle widespread poverty and inequality in South Asia.” The lengthy post also features a carousel of photos, which shows Katy and the Duke of Clarence posing for photos at the official meet and greet.
In one of the photos, Katy stuns in a fitted floral frock, which features puffed, three-quarter sleeves and intricate ruching on its bodice.
The 35-year-old songstress flaunted her incredibly youthful visage with a fresh-faced makeup look, consisting of a matte complexion, dark eye-shadow and a nude lip.
She wore her platinum blonde tresses in textured loose waves, swept in a side part, which revealed her well-defined brows and geometric-shaped earrings.
The prince looked equally as cheerful as he posed for several photos with the musician, despite him previously being photographed with painful and swollen-looking feet.
As part of his itinerary, Charles plans to cast a light on pertinent issues relating to climate change and the impact it is having on the nation.
