On January 9, 2013, the city of Busan, South Korea, awarded the title of “Honorary Citizen” to Rosamund Pike and Tom Cruise.

Pike and Cruise came to Busan to promote the movie “Jack Reacher,” which was filmed in the city.

Busan Mayor Hur Nam-sik presented the honors to Pike and Cruise at a ceremony held at the Busan Cinema Center.
