Ingredients:
5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
6 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps to Make It:
Step 1: Place potatoes in a large saucepan; add water to cover.
Step 2: Bring to a boil.
Step 3: Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, until tender, 10-15 minutes.
Step 4 : Drain; refrigerate until cold.
Step 5: Add eggs, onions and pickles; toss well.
Step 6: Stir in mustard, celery seed and mayonnaise.
Step 7: Season with salt and pepper; mix well. Refrigerate until cold.
