Ingredients:
1 c. frozen blueberries
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1/2 c. frozen cauliflower
1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk, plus more as needed
3 tbsp. 3 Tbsp unsweetened pea protein (vanilla or regular) tein (vanilla or regular)
1 tsp. flaxseed
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Fresh berries and buckwheat granola, for serving
Steps to Make It:
Step 1: In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth (mixture will be thick), adding additional almond milk a little at a time as necessary to adjust consistency.
Step 2: Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh berries and buckwheat granola.
